Learn how to cancel your subscription

Updated over a month ago

If you no longer wish to use Stashcook, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Make sure to cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.

⚠️ Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. Refunds are handled separately depending on where you subscribed.

📱 Apple (iOS)
To cancel via iPhone or iPad:

  • Open the Settings app

  • Tap your name at the top of the screen

  • Select Subscriptions

  • Locate Stashcook in your list

  • Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm

See Apple’s instructions here:

🤖 Android (Google Play)
To cancel via Google Play Store:

  • Open the Google Play Store app

  • Tap your profile icon in the top right corner

  • Select Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

  • Find Stashcook in the list

  • Tap Cancel subscription and confirm

See Google’s instructions here:

🌐 Web (Stripe)
If you subscribed via the Stashcook web app:

  • Click Manage subscription

  • You’ll be redirected to Stripe, where you can cancel your subscription directly

If you believe you may be eligible for a refund on a web subscription, please see our refund guide for more information.

⚠️ Important: Simply deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Apple, Google Play, or Stripe as shown above.

✅ After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but you will not be charged again.
