How can I request a refund?

Learn how to request a refund from different platforms

Choose the platform you used to purchase the subscription then follow the guidance.

iOS - App Store

  1. Tap or click "I'd like to", then choose "Request a refund".

  2. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

  3. Choose the app, subscription or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.

  1. At the top right, click your profile picture.

  2. Click Payments and subscriptions > Budget and order history.

  3. For the order that you want to return, click Report a problem.

  4. Select the option that describes your situation.

  5. Complete the form and note that you'd like a refund.

  6. Click Submit.
