Refunds are handled differently depending on where you purchased your Stashcook subscription.
Please select the platform you used and follow the relevant steps below.
iOS – Apple App Store
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are managed entirely by Apple. We’re unable to cancel subscriptions or issue refunds on your behalf.
To request a refund:
Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com
Tap or click “I’d like to”, then choose “Request a refund”
Choose the reason for your request and select Next
Select the Stashcook subscription and submit your request
If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you’ll also need to cancel it directly via your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Android – Google Play Store
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed by Google. We’re unable to cancel subscriptions or issue refunds on your behalf.
To request a refund:
Scroll down and select Request a refund
Confirm your Google account
Select your Stashcook subscription
Choose a reason and submit your request
If your purchase doesn’t appear using the link above, you can also request a refund directly through Google Play:
Go to play.google.com
Click your profile picture (top right)
Select Payments and subscriptions → Budget and order history
Find the relevant order and select Report a problem
Complete the form and submit your request
Web App (Stripe)
Subscriptions purchased directly through the Stashcook web app are managed by us and processed via Stripe.
If you purchased your subscription through the web app, you may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase, provided the subscription has not been substantially used.
To request a refund, please email us at:
Subject line: Refund Request
Please include the following details so we can locate your account and review your request:
Your first and last name
The email address associated with your account
The date and amount you were charged
Once we’ve received your request, we’ll review it and get back to you as soon as possible.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
After the 30-day period, or where a subscription has been substantially used, refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis where required by law.

Apple and Google control billing, cancellations, and refunds for app-store purchases
Stashcook can only process refunds for subscriptions purchased directly through the web app
Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund
