Why is my shopping list not working?

Quick tips to fix glitches and keep your shopping list synced across devices

Step 1 – Check sync: βœ… Make sure your account is linked to Family Share. Ingredients from multiple users merge together:

Step 2 – Clear checked items: πŸ—‘ Scroll to the bottom and tap the red rubbish bin icon to remove checked items (the list only supports a certain number of items).

Step 3 – Clear all items: ⚑ Tap the three dots in the top right hand corner and select Clear All if the list is full or glitching.

Step 4 – Refresh app: πŸ”„ Close and reopen the app to apply changes.

All set! πŸŽ‰ Your shopping list is ready to use.
